1. Number of Banners: No more than two banners or temporary signs per business.
2. Duration/Frequency: Limited to six months or until the end of the local state of emergency, whichever comes first.
3. Design: Banners must not exceed 1.5 square feet per each linear foot of the tenant storefront.
4. Maintenance: Banners must always be maintained in good and attractive condition. Banners must be secured so they do not to cause any safety hazards or constitute a nuisance.
5. Location: Must be located on private property.
