During every Youth Committee year, members and staff collectively work together to establish objectives that align with City Council's Strategic Goals.
Projects and initiatives undertaken by the Committee focus on engaging youth in matters pertaining to larger City Hall policies, activities and developments. This provides an opportunity for Committee members to practice research skills, coordinate and plan events, engage stakeholders and constituents, and develop leadership.
