Community Preservation

Temple City Neigborhood
Temple City's Community Preservation Officers work to ensure that Temple City remains an attractive community with a high quality of life.  Temple City views its property owners, business owners, and residents as partners in maintaining the community as a desirable place to live, work, and shop.  We work with owners to achieve voluntary compliance whenever possible with the City's property maintenance standards and address other issues .

To report any property maintenance or other code compliance concerns, please use the City's online  Request Tracker.  Or, call the Community Preservation Hotline at (626) 285-5240.
